I\'m an HR Manager based in London, with a background across employee relations, people development, recruitment and HR strategy. I enjoy the work that sits at the more complex end — supporting managers through difficult situations, building people processes that actually stick, and contributing to the kind of HR function that has a real impact on how an organisation feels to work in. I hold an MSc in International Business from Brunel and I\'m currently completing CIPD Level 5, which has pushed me to think more strategically about how HR connects to wider business goals. What I find most interesting about HR is what happens beneath the surface — how culture actually forms, how trust gets built, and the role HR can play in shaping a organisation.
