   Designed the structure and implemented Proliance as a Electronic Document Management System for Mumbai Metro Line 3 Project with AMPS (AECOM Major Project System) Team.• Designed the structure and Implemented Bentley Project wise for the central Repository of GFC drawing to be used by system and other Contractor with AMPS (AECOM Major Project System) Team• Trained the Document controllers of various stakeholder, Client and Contractors to embark on the project Management Information System.• Preparing the monthly document control reports Such as Registers/logs of Critical /Non-Critical Documents, GFC Drawing, Shop Drawings, RFI,NCR, CAR (Corrective Action Request )etc. for the submission of MPR to the client.• Preparing, Operating and updating document control procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.• Produce and Maintain Document progress Report to Project Manger.• Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual packages/projects.• Issuing Document as per their status and requirement through Engineering transmittals generated to the client,consultant,project department and Company Head Office.• Distribute project related copies to internal teams and external teams,Maintaining Confidentiality around sensitive information and agreement.• Maintaining Master Document Register generated by the database PIMS and making it ready for Monthly progress report and submit for Milestone payment.• Maintaining all record of submission status for approved and pending for approval.
