I would describe myself as a conscientious and intuitive Practitioner with a BACP accredited Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BPS accredited Masters in Psychological Studies and a BABCP accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).I offer a humanistic, trauma informed, integrative approach in my therapy practice and have experience of working with over 200+ clients, including, Adults, children and young people, facing varied mental health concerns, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Childhood abuse, Trauma, Perinatal Mood Disorders and Domestic abuse.I am passionate about mental health and helping people on their journey to reach their full potential.
