I am a current graduate student in the joint Carnegie Mellon-University of Pittsburgh Computational Biology program. My research focuses on understanding the immune system using mechanistic modeling, machine learning, and experimental approaches. My overarching goal is to develop methods and pipelines to utilize the vast and diverse datasets published every day to answer questions related to immune dysregulation and disease.
