Responsibilities include- Contacting services users to conduct a needs assessment, identifying service user needs and services to be delivered- Deliver the appropriate services consisting of emotional and practical support- Signpost to other organisations where needed, and complete onward referrals where consent has been obtained from the victim- Advocate for service users with other organisations where appropriate e.g. with the police, housing associations etc- Update case management system accurately so that it reflects support that has been provided.
