In my role as a Sr Analyst at Citizens I worked on various projects :1. I spearheaded the development of a new origination report, leveraging SQL queries and Tableau to extract and visualize data from AWS. By implementing month-on-book functionality, I enabled evidence-based decision-making and granular analysis of customer retention post-origination.2. Developed and refined lending score card report in Tableau by querying and extracting data from AWS to provide insights for strategic planning by senior management.Directed extensive analysis of lending products across customer segments, tenures, and age groups to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.3. Built a SAS based Education Refinance Loan Lifetime Profitability Model to get the lifetime cashflow for education refinance loan and inshcool loan. The model output is used to develop Return on Equity report to drive key metrics, including total interest income, total net income, ROB3(Return on Basel return and EC(Economic Capital) return. I conducted CECL analysis on Education Refinance Loan data. By preparing and analyzing a dataset of 200k records, I ensured data accuracy and applied different loss rate assumptions to assess potential future losses, aligning with CECL standards.5. Transformed various excel report to tableau dashboards by connecting directly to AWS for real time data retrieval and setting up automatic refresh to ensure up-to-date insights.
