Responsible for enhancing, operationalizing and executing the Institute strategy. About IC3With the goal to impact over high schools over the next 15 years, the IC3 (International Career and College Counseling) Movement seeks to enable high schools to help their students make best-fit higher education and career decisions. Comprising three key initiatives: the IC3 Conference, IC3 Regional Forums and the IC3 Institute, the IC3 Movement aims to empower every school to run a robust, fully functioning, career and college counseling department.One of the key priorities of the IC3 Movement, the IC3 Institute, is a volunteer led initiative that provides guidance and training resources for high school administrators, teachers and counselors. The primary focus of the IC3 Institute is the provision of a one-year certification program that trains teachers/counselors to develop professionally and establish a fully functional career counseling office in their high school.
