About Neha Agrawal

Neha has done her MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.(SPJIMR). She interned with GEP Worldwide for 2 months where she worked on a sourcing project. Her project was with a major FMCG giant of North America. She received PPO from GEP. She pursued term 7th of her MBA in France at Dauphine University, Paris.Prior to MBA, She worked at Tata Steel for 3 years as Manager (Operations), Steel Making Shop. She has experience in the area of Operation, Production, Planning, TQM and Safety. She has completed her B.Tech from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, specialising in Metallurgical Engineering.She is familiar with making sourcing strategies, analysing spend, coordinating projects and teams, serving as liaison between business units, and managing operations. She has led various improvement activities which impacted bottom-line, production and quality.She is always available for mentorship, volunteering & pro bono consulting.
