   I lead 125+ engineering organization for Same-Day Delivery—an initiative that is foundational to transforming ultrafast customer experiences, and transitioning it into a highly accretive business to Amazon. Over the past several years, I’ve built this program from the ground up—shaping its technical vision, driving end-to-end execution, and designed/scaled the org across various locations and verticals. I envisioned the strategy for an elastic, multi-modal delivery network that intelligently balances real-time supply and demand signals to maximize throughput and net returns. This system leverages predictive signals and dynamic decision-making to continuously optimize resource utilization at scale. Additionally, I led the strategic expansion of Amazon’s ultrafast assets to enable grocery delivery—a first-of-its-kind initiative that received direct CEO-level visibility. I architected the tech strategy to intermingle Grocery delivery with our ultrafast assests and built innovative shopping CX on Retail to bring seamless Grocery shopping experience on Amazon. My leadership has consistently delivered at the intersection of high-scale systems design, customer experience, and operational excellence. I’ve driven our evolution into high-TPS, latency-neutral services serving tens of millions of customers everyday WW with rigorous SEV1 support frameworks, driving reliability and performance under extreme scale.
