About Neha Kumari

As an Analyst at Deloitte, I work with a variety of clients to provide HR and recruiting solutions, using LinkedIn Talent Insights and other tools to identify, attract, and retain top talent. I also contribute to the development and implementation of Recruitment processes, and best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with the clients\' goals and values. I graduated with a PGDM in Human Resources Management from KIAMS in 2020, where I gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of HR, such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and organizational behavior. I also completed a three-month Internship Trainee at L\'Oréal in 2019, where I assisted in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, as well as the coordination and execution of training and development programs. I am passionate about learning new things, exploring new roles and responsibilities, and achieving organizational goals while being resourceful to others. I have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. I also have Anaplan Certification level 2.
