As an independent consultant, I assist clients in meeting their privacy compliance obligations, draft BYOD and privacy policies, lead contract negotiations (MSA, EULA, SaaS, PaaS, NDA), advise on product development and consult on litigation issues. I assist sales teams in negotiating enterprise software, services, and SaaS contracts with the US Federal Government and Latin American sales associates. I advise federal and state agencies on scoping services and technology solutions to address their cybersecurity, investigation, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program needs. I work with my clients to develop a technology response to data access requests, data privacy impact assessments, breach statements, and design corrective action planning for security and privacy-related incidents.
