As a technology professional with diverse expertise in multiple disciplines, I possess an impressive range of technical skills. I have functional knowledge of several programming languages, including Java, C, C++, C#, VB.net, and Perl. My proficiency in AWS and Azure technologies is also notable. I am knowledgeable in database systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL Managed Instance. Furthermore, I have experience in working with software such as ServiceNow, JIRA, VM Ware, SharePoint, and GitHub, to name a few. I am a critical thinker who addresses issues quickly and exceeds performance standards consistently. I am level-headed and calm in stressful situations with well-developed people skills, which enables me to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. I have strong SQL skills, and I am proficient in both Azure and AWS\'s Database and Data Analytics technology offerings. Currently, I work as a Senior Database & Deployment Specialist/Database Administrator at Storeforce Solutions, where I manage a team of database specialists and DBAs and lead client migration projects. I also design, implement, and maintain the organization\'s database systems, including schema design, database optimization, and backup and recovery procedures. Prior to my current position, I worked as a Cloud Support Engineer – II (Cloud Data Analyst) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I resolved technical issues related to AWS analytics and big data services, analyzed and identified the root cause of technical issues, and provided feedback to AWS product teams. I also created reports and presentations that summarize complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner and presented findings to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and clients. My academic background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science (Co-op) from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. I also hold several certifications, including AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and DP-300: Microsoft Azure Database Administrator Associate.
