I love to wake up early in the morning and exercise at the gym. I always listen to NPR radio station and watch the news on TV to maintain me informed about what is happening in USA and worldwide. With this strict routine I reach the balance in my body and in my mind and feel healthy.I check my daily agenda the night before and show up right on time to the breakfasts or to the planned meetings. Also, I establish the objectives and achievements for each event and try to manage the time in the best way as possible. I strongly believe that it is one of the skills that entrepreneurs should develop in order to be successful in business.As a founder and president of E&S Insurance I have built with my son Juan Espinosa a unique business model. We advise our clients about how they may implement a Risk Management Program through customized solutions from the most prestigious carriers nationwide. I agree with Kelly McDonald, the author of the book titled Crafting the customer experience for people not like you, who states that “One size fits all approach to customer service is no longer a viable option”Currently, in South West Florida the main challenge for the business owners is their capability to adapt the customer service experience to serve people that are not like them. According to the last census there has been a huge change in the demographics; consumers from different cultures, nationalities, languages and groups are already in the marketplace and they are an important group of consumers. The diversity will dominate the business environment.Since I have had the privilege of living in; conducting businesses, and visiting different countries have acquired the skills to interact with a diverse group of customers. I understand that they have different needs and use different approaches to do business. I am able to manage across the borders and cultures.
