ABOUT NEEVASH KHANNA

I am a strategy, operational resilience and digital transformation leader with circa 20 years’ experience in delivering large scale business, regulatory and digital led strategic transformation initiatives (£1m to £200m budgets) for FTSE 100 clients. I bring a unique blend of industry and Big 4 consulting experience, having led many technology, regulatory and cost optimisation programmes. My expertise lies in risk and operational resilience transformation, post merger synergies and integration, target operating model design, digital transformation, technology solution architecture, portfolio and business change management, CIO advisory, customer experience, data & analytics. In particular, I have led many projects that touch on the organisation\'s risk and operational resilience framework to ensure it is performing in line with the ever-changing regulatory landscape and expectations. Today, I am currently a Director within the Financial Services Management Consulting Practice at KPMG, and as part of my time here I have been at the forefront of creating solutions to complex problems faced by banks such as Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, RBS, AIB, Barclays, Santander, Co-op, along with a variety of fintech and asset management firms such as FNZ, as well as large insurance providers such as Aviva. Although based out of the UK, I have also supported and travelled to multiple locations across Europe to assist some of the largest banking clients. I engage across the orgnaisation hierarchy from Board members to the technical implementation teams. I carry an MBA in Strategy & Finance (Gold Medalist) and Engineering Degree (Distinction).
