I am a commercial disputes lawyer providing technical but pragmatic and commercial advice on complex and high-value commercial disputes, including cross-border matters. I help clients to resolve issues pre-action, or guide them through litigation or arbitration proceedings. I have particular experience handling technology disputes; for example I can assist in the background with early risk avoidance on IT and digitalisation projects that are becoming problematic due to scope-creep or budget issues, or where the parties are already in an open dispute. Within the financial services space I provide contentious financial regulatory advice, and also advise on banking disputes and consumer credit issues.
