I am a learning & Development professional with 3 decades of experience across Retail and Education sectors. In past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside people at their most powerful moments of experience, that of a new insight, the courage of a first step, the quiet confidence of being more. These moments of becoming is where my work has truly lived.I love bringing creativity into capability-building, simplifying the complex, and connecting ideas to real business outcomes. Working closely with commercial leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners taught me the value of listening deeply, designing simply, and building learning that genuinely lands. Known for personal impact, creative problem-solving, and relentless follow-through, I have delivered with measurable impact; stronger leaders, more engaged teams, and cultures that support performance. What I have loved in my work is seeing someone shift, in confidence, in clarity, in how they lead. Those transformations, big or small, never stopped inspiring me. Helping people evolve is not just my work, it’s what energises me. The most meaningful part of this journey has been supporting women in frontline roles, helping them grow and turn potential into possibility through intentional learning and commitment to practice. Supporting their ascent has been one of the most profound threads of my journey.As an industry-academia speaker, I bring stories, insights, and lived experience to life inviting reflection and opening perspective. I enjoy turning complex themes into conversations that feel relatable, inspiring, and deeply relevant to the way we work and live. Mentoring is a core part of who I am. I enjoy helping individuals navigate crossroads, move through transitions and re-imagine futures. As a DEI facilitator, I’ve championed inclusion through projects that amplify representation, belonging, and equity. This work has shaped my belief that environments flourish only when every voice is seen, heard, and valued.Across every role I play whether that of mentor, designer, facilitator or advocate, my intention remains the same:to help people shift, shape, and shine into the fullest version of themselves.
