About Neeti Bhatia
Some people scroll past beauty campaigns. I stop and reverse-engineer them. I am drawn to mid-size DTC beauty brands where there is still room to build something, not just maintain it. My focus is creative strategy, brand collaborations, and product launches that feel culturally relevant and genuinely resonate with the communities they are made for.I do not just study campaigns. I build them. I developed a full creative strategy for a beauty x gaming collaboration as a self-initiated passion project, including a 15-slide pitch deck, a four-phase campaign concept, and original video content I shot and edited myself in Adobe Premiere Pro.I am looking for an entry-level creative or brand strategy role where I can help build campaigns that people actually care about.
