Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:Lead end-to-end recruitment for various senior-level and specialized roles. Use diverse sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, social media, referrals) to identify top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.Candidate Screening & Interviews:Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, perform phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies to ensure a strong cultural fit.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role-specific requirements. Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and ensure alignment with business objectives.Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience, managing expectations, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process.Offer Management & Negotiation:Oversee the offer process, including preparing offer letters, negotiating terms, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met before extending offers.Data-Driven Decisions:Leverage recruiting metrics and tools to track hiring progress, analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Talent Pipeline & Networking:Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and relationship-building with external talent pools.
