   Responsible for driving the discovery of business processes involving Low Carbon Fuels Regulatory Operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and championing digitalization efforts to eliminate redundancy, simplify, standardize, and automate workflows. Accomplishments:• Ideated improvements and led the development of solution to effectively track and monitor bio credits and biofuel blending gap, generating an overall value of $23.1 million.• Played a pivotal role by validating the stability of a product and revisiting its business strategy to aid the strategic decision to discontinue a non-value-generating product, preventing a potential financial loss of ~$6 million for the company. • Undertook extensive discovery work for the Low Carbon Fuels regulatory operations team in Germany, Netherlands, UK, Belgium, and France providing essential input for opportunity framing in these markets and proposing opportunities for optimization. In turn also becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the regulatory operations business processes.• Selected by the business to join the core team based on my comprehensive analysis work and SME knowledge, to lead the discovery, business process improvement and its digitalization.• Engaged in high-level negotiations with a digital solution vendor to ensure the alignment of their offerings with our business requirements.
