About Neethan Dsouza
Neethan D’Souza is a seasoned People and Organisation leader with over two decades of experience working in people strategy, leadership, and human behaviours across manufacturing, automobile, and service industries, having worked with large Indian organisations, multinational corporations, and high-growth private equity-funded companies. A defining chapter of Neethan’s professional journey has been his long-standing association with Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT), where he spent over a decade as part of the core leadership team. He played a significant role in transforming the organisation from an early-stage enterprise into a respected national player, supporting nearly 15x growth and the shift from a regional to a national footprint. His work spanned organisation design, cultural integration of acquired entities, leadership assessment and development, new business launches from a talent perspective, and HR digitalisation across multiple businesses. Throughout his career, Neethan has led and contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly in contexts of growth, integration, and organisational change. He has worked closely with senior leadership teams to drive businesses through a people agenda. Today, Neethan works with founders, CEOs, CHROs, and senior leadership teams as a leadership and people consultant. His work draws equally from lived corporate experience and reflective practice.Alongside his consulting work, Neethan is deeply passionate about sharing knowledge and shaping young minds. This has led him to take up adjunct teaching roles with a leading university. Beyond his professional life, building things and adding colours to them helps Neethan stay charged. He is passionate about crafts and painting. He often finds himself giving innovative strokes of colours to anything that’s lying around, like a pot, a bottle or just a stick!
