I am an MBA graduate in finance from XIMB and currently working with the Business Valuation team within Deloitte US-India advisory. Key responsibilities include valuation of intangible assets and delivering value driven solution work papers to clients for different Deloitte market offerings such as PPAs, goodwill impairment testing, common stock valuation and fair value assessment.Extensive experience includes both valuation and valuation consulting related to business entities, business interests, various debt and equity securities, and intangible and intellectual property for both public corporations and privately held companies. Performed valuations for the purposes of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, stock redemptions, financial reporting, private equity portfolios, as well as strategic planning and compliance purposes. Specialties include focus in the following areas of the FASB’s Accounting Standards Codification (ASC): ASC 820 Fair Value Measurement; ASC 805 Business Combinations; ASC 350 Intangibles-Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets, and ASC 360 Property, Plant and Equipment.
