This ecosystem acts as an outside-in platform which underpins transformation at Emirates Group.Experienced in technology related M&A and investment activity. Led the acquisition of TIK systems, an IT systems provider based out of Thailand. Delivered the divestment of the Mercator business to Warburg Pincus, one of the World’s top 10 Private Equity firms.Several years of hands-on technology operations and delivery experience. Direct accountability for end-to-end delivery of large IT work programs and mission critical IT operations for multiple business domains. Led teams of 300-350 IT staff and managed multi-million-dollar IT investments and budgets.Strong advocate of transforming from ownership to managed services and pay-as-you-go operating models, especially for commoditized business services. Led the transformation of critical IT services to cloud / managed service models, with leading global technology providers.Keynote speaker and panel member at several global events on topics ranging from digital transformation, change management to outside-in innovation. My TEDx talk titled ‘neural incumbents.distributed horizons’ on the character of enterprises in the digital era and beyond. A strong passion for continuous learning.
