ABOUT NEETA MHATRE

Neeta is a global healthcare VP with nearly 30 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence across medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, bioinformatics, and health technology at companies ranging from $1B to $15B in revenue. She has scaled complex businesses, launched products, and built global teams across the U.S. and Asia. Neeta has held significant P&L leadership and accelerated sales beyond 30%. Her experience includes global program mgmt, China strategy, Asia commercial operations, large-scale product launches. Known for strategic planning, portfolio mgmt, and organizational scaling. Neeta currently serves as an Advisor on the Intuitive Fosun, a Joint Venture bringing robotic assisted products to the China, Hong Kong, and Macau markets. She formerly served on the board of the Silicon Valley Product Management Association, a nonprofit that educates and connects product management and marketing professionals. She is currently VP of Asia Commercial Operations and China Strategy at Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery. In this role, she leads teams responsible for delivering more than 20% yoy groth in revenue while expanding commercial capabilities and product launches across Asia. Neeta scaled global program operations across 68 countries and directed portfolio management across hundreds of product initiatives supporting robotic-assisted surgery platforms. Earlier, she launched Intuitive’s 1st Program Management Office and oversaw the launch of 50% of the company’s robots over the last decade, which accounted for over $6B in revenue. Prior to Intuitive, Neeta spent over a decade at Siemens Healthcare in increasingly senior roles, including Senior Director of Global Product Mgmt and Business Head for South Asia Ultrasound, where she led a P&L and accelerated regional growth to over 30% YoY. She also served as CIO, Ultrasound Worldwide, where she achieved 3X cost reductions within the first year. Earlier in her career, she held product and technology leadership roles with Yodlee, Hewlett-Packard, and Genzyme Diagnostics, where she built expertise in product development, commercialization, and global operations across the healthcare and technology sectors. She is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics such as technology trends in robotic-assisted surgery, AI and digital transformation. She is an avid 13-mile hiker, and foodie with a passion for learning new languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Sindhi, and French.
