As a Manager at Deloitte, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in risk advisory to help clients navigate complex financial challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics and a Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) issued by The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. My expertise includes financial audits, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, and internal audits. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services that enhance the financial health and stability of my clients. My role involves leading end-to-end internal audit and compliance engagements—from risk scoping and control design to testing and reporting—while ensuring alignment with COSO 2013, PCAOB, and NI 52-109 standards. I collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive governance improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support CEO/CFO certifications. I bring a methodical, analytical approach and a commitment to building trust and transparency through strong controls and financial reporting.
