A total of about 26yrs of experience in quality organization. Experienced in managing the quality & regulatory compliance of the Drug products manufactured at Contract manufacturing sites (Sites other that own sites) located in APAC region. Hard work, sincerity, flexibility to travel, demonstrated solidarity, courage and creativity in ways of working are my assets. The products dosage forms handled are Liquids, tablets, Cream & ointments, Sterile, Eye Drops, Capsules (Hard & Soft gelatin caps) meant for both local and Export markets.Key roles and competencies:• Responsible to ensure that quality systems are followed for every batch and every product manufactured at the subcontracting sites for both types of business arrangement – Toll manufacturing and Full manufacturing. • Managing the training needs of the management employees of the EM sites at the sites on Quality, Safety, Hygiene and other aspects of their skills for further development. Preparing and sharing the training modules for sites.• Managing the products manufactured for various businesses like Base Business (Heritage products), Consumer Healthcare, Animal Health Care products and animal Feed Additives products for Domestic and export market. Handling export products for EU, Russia, CIS, Ukraine, Latam, Sub- Sahara markets. • Discussing and resolving quality related troubleshooting and taking release/reject decisions along with global heads. Participate in strategy building, due diligence and acquisition projects. I am career-focused, highly motivated and hard-working, with particular strengths in my team-work, organizational and communication skills. I like to handle challenging tasks, think strategically and use innovative solutions whenever necessary. My strong work ethic combined with my passion and dedication has helped me to reach my goals. I look forward to utilize my skills and abilities to learn and grow professionally.
