In my current role, I lead the TPM org for WW Google Maps Trust and Information Quality. My team is responsible for leading a large portfolio that spans Abuse reduction, Information Quality improvements and Regulatory compliance. I have hired and built my team ground up with the best engineering program management talent from across diverse and varied backgrounds. Under my leadership, we have transformed planning, execution and governance for this vast portfolio with x-functional and x-org partnerships spanning 5 continents and 6 time zones. Over the last year, we have successfully delivered a 50% reduction in user exposure to abuse on Google Maps points of interest, delivered on key engineering launches in support of regulatory programs, led Reliability and Engineering excellence initiatives resulting in a 60% reduction of P0 bugs while also driving multiple continuous improvement initiatives for our partner teams to help improve execution velocity. Separately, I also serve as the Program lead for Women@Google India. I have had the good fortune of working with a motivated team of leaders from across Google to bring key financial and holistic wellness initiatives to women and supporters of women at Google.
