I am a passionate geneticist, with a post-graduation in it and currently a master\'s student in biotechnology at Northeastern University, Canada. At Northeastern, I am gaining hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, bringing my dream of working with molecular techniques to life.I have a profound interest in leveraging genetics to find more effective cures over conventional methods The quest for medical breakthroughs drives me, and employing biotechnological skills to make the world better will be like living a dream.Wet lab skills: Bisulfite conversion using Genetix nucleopore kit and Edna Biolabs kit. Primer design using Primer-BLAST and MethPrimer Worked with less tissue amount(3-4mg) using Qiagen kit. cDNA conversion Kit followed by RT-PCR. RNA extractions using Trizol method Handling instruments like thermal cycler, Gel documentation, nanodrop, gel electrophoresis, laminar flow hood etc. Decontamination methods like fumigation, incineration and autoclaving for equipments.Biostatistics skills:Clinical trial designing using JMP for ANOVA, DOE, Correlation, and Two-sample analysis.Dry-Lab and In silico: Sequence Homology analysis, Transcriptome assembly via De-Novo BLAST search, and RNA Sequence Alignment with reference Genome.
