Share knowledge, spread joy. My work is to motivate people and to share knowledge with joy so they enjoy their careers, personal lives and be happy people. I hope that they will be spreading joy,happiness and satisfaction at their homes,relations and work places after attending my workshops and seminars.To fulfill these objectives, I create new training programs,learn new techniques to deliver training and make people aware about their strengths and accept their weaknesses.and slowly help them to remove their weakness and enhance their strength by training, counseling and coaching. have trained 200 engineers, 150 diploma holders, 300 I.T.I. trainees and other employees in corporate companies like General Motors (G.M.) and Asia Motor Works (A.M.W.). Helped entrepreneurs and businessmen to start and rebuild their businesses after earthquake in Kutch by entrepreneurs\' development programs. 3.Helped more than individuals, students, teachers and professionals like doctors, managers, officers to communicate effectively in English language. help many students, professionals and companies to find their core competencies, brand/ personality and values by self -Discovery courses by personal coaching as a career coach. this special kind of training requires to do need analysis, game playing, storytelling, role plays, personal counselling, psychometric tests, self hypnosis and other transformational tools.
