Develop the tax program for KYC Onboarding teams globally for QI, FATCA and CRS tax regimes. This included Enterprise training, quarterly tax refresher programs, developing procedures and a Guidebook to fit within KYC Onboarding procedures for teams based in APAC, Europe, and North America- Weekly stakeholder management meetings with Operations VP, Enterprise Tax VP as well as COO for escalations, approvals, and presentations on progress of tax program development as well as working with external consultants to strengthen policies and documentation requirements- Working on RFP with vendors for technology upgrades and hiring external consultants for project-based work including Remediation, managing costs within annual budgets- Manage FATCA & CRS compliance in global GBM jurisdictions, inducing review of documentation, reportable account information, accuracy of information returns, and scoping of products for tax requirements- Review existing tax classification and training procedures for teams across onboarding/ remediation/ refresh functions with respect to all GBM jurisdictions- Initiate and lead projects to update requirements where GBM has direct/ indirect impact- by creating risk analysis, involving correct stakeholders, preparing Roles and Responsibilities documents, etc. in response to organizational change- Understanding the Bank\'s risk appetite and risk culture to be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions, and actively pursue effective and efficient operations of respective areas in accordance with Company Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance.
