Worked as a cash transaction adviser in Concentrix (Gurgaon). During this Job I worked with several software like Excel to put the order in the correct format as per customer requirements Then I had to process the requests in certain software like HRP RAMBHA OUTLOOKAll the software was used to disconnect the circuit and telephone number which was required By the customer. I’ve also worked as a quality check agent. Once the order is finished we have to check the quality and then we have to share the status with the customer & Team Lead for confirmation.Responsibilities-Instant support to the customer related to order and other queries-Leading a team of 6 members and representing as a face of S.T.I for Business.The agent finished the order after that we had to check the ability-Responsible for gathering all business process analyst reports and creating a summary report for management.Assisted in creating quarterly business process analysis presentations that were given directly to management-Seeks out varying resources for information-Perform other duties as assigned by management-Handled customers from the US Country.
