Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) product development team- Leading a team of 3 engineers with end-to-end ownership of multiple Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) applications on ServiceNow- Driving architecture, design, development, and integrations for scalable workplace solutions.Key Contributions- Designed a scalable Workplace Connector framework to ingest sensor data (occupancy, air quality, etc.) from third-party systems into ServiceNow- Integrated MetricBase (time-series database), resulting in a 99.96% increase in data ingestion volume and a 10× improvement in aggregation query performance- Enabled integration of multiple sensor providers, including Cisco- Designed and implemented a scalable Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) framework integrating WSD Case Management with Corrigo, JLL, and CBRE- Built bi-directional synchronization between WSD cases and external FM work orders- Automated task-to-work-order conversion and updates, significantly reducing manual intervention- Built automation workflows in Windsurf and deployed an internal Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to accelerate day-to-day engineering activities- Developed and maintained Workplace Case Management with full ownership using ServiceNow Next Experience UI- Developed and owned Workplace Reservation Management in ServiceNow Next Experience UI.
