My responsibilities include - Creating OKR and future roadmaps for the team and tracking them to timely closure- Create and Review HLD & LLD documents for the projects- Architect, maintain and develop scalable systems (~500K RPS, 100 billion events)- Ensure technical and operational excellence by setting up processes- Ensure tech and live issue hygiene and work on reducing on-call churn- Regular Discussion with Product, Program, Devops and QA team- Regular 1:1 discussion with direct reportees with documented feedback on growth- Code reviews of team members- Ensure building performance and cost effective products- Drive Org level or Cross Team Projects- Work closely with 3rd parties- Driving Sprint retrospective and recognition programs.
