About Neeraj Garg

As a global operating executive, I have spent my career driving strategy, growth, and value creation at some of the largest FMCG organizations in the world, including Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble. Though widely involved in sales, brand management, operations, strategic partnerships, and beyond, what I have become best known for is my role in guiding product and market expansions as well as leading significant turnarounds. I turn even the most complex challenges into new opportunities. Across my career, I have successfully navigated 25+ roles, countless challenges, and just about every geography in the world. Though my career has evolved significantly, my energy, ability to adapt, and analytical yet creative mindset have remained consistent. Most recently as the Chairman & CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), I turned around the $1.5B bottling company. Despite facing significant internal and market conditions, I aligned our teams around a compelling vision and led HCCB to achieve record high financial and transaction growth performance. An active board and startup advisor for nearly a decade, I have guided businesses in India, Africa, and Turkey through significant challenges, business restructurings, and growth. I am currently involved as an advisor and angel investor to a growing number of organizations. I am a passionate leader who cares deeply about coaching and mentoring talent around the world, creating environments of inclusion and belonging, and being a sustainable partner to the communities in which I lead. I have and will always be involved in talent development, DEI, and sustainability initiatives to ensure I leave a positive and lasting impact on the world around me.
