I am a Cisco TAC Engineer – Collaboration (Japan Region) currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting enterprise customers across Japan.I work on Cisco Collaboration technologies including CUCM, IP Phones, Webex, and TelePresence devices, across both cloud-registered and on-premises environments. My role involves end-to-end troubleshooting, case ownership, root cause analysis, and customer communication while meeting SLA and quality standards.I support customers in Japanese enabling clear technical communication in Japan-focused environments. I am CCNA certified, hold JLPT N2, and continue to build depth in networking and collaboration technologies.
