I am a medical enthusiast turned lawyer currently pursuing my post-graduate law degree in International Commercial law at UCL focusing on Corporate Governance, Liquidation, Mergers and Acquisitions & Commercial Remedies. Practiced as an Advocate before the Hon\'ble National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal and worked as a legal Associate in Mr. T.K Bhaskar\'s team [HSB Partners, Chennai] focusing on Insolvency, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real estate matters and Corporate Transactions. I am hopeful and looking forward to refining and furthering my understanding of Insolvency Laws both in India and UK and ultimately establish a career as a Corporate Restructuring lawyer.
