Working with a team comprising mechanical, electrical, control & testing engineers to develop the latest technology-driven & low emission material handling products for the market. These products will be beneficial to customers in handling heavy loads during the operation more efficiently and environment friendly.Developed & launched all electric rubber tyres gantry crane (tyton) which can operate on DG as well as battery. It is first such product in Indian industry. tyton control technology has been granted \"Patent\" in Jun\'23 from Indian Patent Organization. The entire development has been done within the team including concept to detailing and PLC programming as well carrying out safe testing and trials at factory and in the field with load.Developed and Launched Steerable transfer car (STC). It is battery operated (Li-Ion) and with complete electric controlled via frequency inverters & AC motors. This product is having Zero carbon emission and hence extremely environment friendly & sustainable technology.20T Prototype has passed rigorous test & trials within factory and on the field. It is best for cross bay movements without any requirement of dedicated tracks due use of to Solid rubber tyres & In-house developed steering module by development team.
