o Responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives related to the Firm’s monitoring and screening controls. These initiatives include technology and process changes mandated by GFC Senior Management and the Monitoring Committee to reduce regulatory non-compliant risk and/or improve process efficiency.o Responsible for the governance and controls for sanctions, PEP and Negative News Screening globally.o Product Owner responsibility in overseeing day-to-day effort for the Firm’s monitoring and screening controls, including Sanctions Screening and Adverse Media Screening.o Facilitation of the design, development, implementation and enhancements to the monitoring and screening controls.o Responsible for performing business analysis, including obtain, define, analyze, prioritize, document, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders.o Business Analysis to determine the impact of regulatory changes and to ensure the GFC Program remains aligned with regulatory requirements.o Participation in regular agile ceremonies as a GFC representative, collaborating with GFC, Operations, Business and Technology teams to ensure successful project execution.o Participation in the periodic meetings of the GFC Monitoring Committee, overseeing communication and implementation of changes mandated by the Committee.
