Key Duties Responsibilities- Implement the approved audit program ensure that the entire audit scope is completed within expected timelines and ensure that complete workpapers and audit trails are maintained. Random checking of approved non-medical invoices (PRS) based on statistical sampling to ensure correctness of approval process. Drive periodic review of the risk control matrix (RCM) with the process owners to validate the control design and the mitigating measures put in place for identified risks. Analysis of Purchase orders (Pos), agreements, PRS and expense items for any disparities. Review travel invoices and corresponding vendor agreements (Periodically review of vendor agreements and rate contracts). Verify manual entries posted by account team for Account payable (AP) and Account receivable (AR) in D365 system. Acting as the key interface between Finance team and the operations team and reporting to Group CFO & Group Audit Head. Handing Team and Making MIS of IA and discussed with Center Head if any major deviation. To instruct to IA team, Verifying Cash and Bank Voucher with supporting documents on daily basis To audit purchase bills and service bills along with PO and WO respectively. Review of employee claims for any error. Audit of full and final settlement and legal dues of employees Vendor payments review for payment before TAT. Review credit note and verification of creditors reconciliation, debtors and GSTIN reconciliation. Verifications of TDS and TCs and cross check at the time of doctors’ payouts TDS is deducted or not Coordinate with external auditors Polland and India based (PKF auditors) related to audit. Review end to end operational areas including procurement, logistics, payroll, warehouse/inventory and inputs for improvement in internal controls, system & process and identification of cost saving avenues etc. Conducting Quarterly Physical stock audit of Pharmacy
