My role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of hardware and software systems. This includes Microsoft Office 365 applications, VPN access via FortiClient, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tools. I manage user access requests, perform global user onboarding, and handle account provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise systems, ensuring secure and timely access aligned with internal policies.In addition to user support, I oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets. I maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware assets—including desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals—tracking changes in ownership, recording serial numbers, and documenting disposals. I work closely with the Finance team to manage IT-related invoices and facilitate recurring billing processes. Through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear documentation, and a commitment to service excellence, I ensure a reliable, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports organizational operations on a global scale.
