Leadership role in-charge for complete suite of MSCI Index Calculation Platform ($ 12 trillion+ AUM benchmarked) with team of 40+ senior technology experts located across London, Mumbai, Budapest & Pune. With streamlining of full SDLC cycle, continuous enhancement of platform and processes, I ensured 99.6% accuracy and 99.9% availability of calculated Indexes. This enabled successful onboarding of Indices based on complete suite of ESG, Factor, Fixed Income assets & highly complex Structural Product.In latest assignment, I am leading Index Transformation strategy by moving existing Calculation Platform to new Tech Stack of Distributed Cloud, Micro Service Architecture & High-performance Data Caching processing.This Transformational change will enable MSCI to calculate daily 1 million+ indexes (from current 150k) with 20x faster processing capabilities and Automated Failure Management across Multi Assets Classes.
