About Neeraj Kumar Nishad

I am a TCMS Control Engineer at Alstom with experience across global rail projects including Athens ML4, India RefSol, EU RefSol (CB Simulation), Toulouse Metro, Proxima (TGV) and ONCF. I work across the V‑model—from RSL0/RSL1 and FPS/ADL1 to SwAS/SwDS, FTTS/FTTP and integrated train‑level testing—covering both design and validation activities. I design control logic using functional block diagrams, build TCMS Digital Models in ControlBuild (2020/2021), and support diagnostics, integration and cross-functional reviews with SE, RAMS, TEE, TPM and V&V teams. As a Key User & Trainer for PTC and ControlBuild LV simulation, I conduct trainings, mentor new engineers and deliver demos for stakeholders. Recognized with multiple Bronze Awards and certified in 8D Problem Solving, Design to Cost, I’m passionate about building safe, reliable and intelligent train control systems while growing toward WCE/TCE expertise.
