Active Directory Administration. Create a new user account, email id for new joiners. Hands on Experience on Office 365 Administration (Email Configure, Creation Policy O365 Portal, teams & SharePoint). Support To VIP user and Escalated case. Provide the support of Desktop and Laptop hardware maintenance. Set up new hardware and software, including operating systems, applications and updates. Keeping systems updated with the latest patches and securities updates. Manage Network Devices and Check the Connectivity of Network Devices and Crimping, Punching. Troubleshooting issues related to hardware,assembling & dissembling of laptop and PCs. Maintaining good SLA and CSAT according to user’s service request of issues. Maintaining PC security including virus removal, spyware removal, antivirus installation and antivirus update. Case log with OEM vendors for hardware issues. Working in 24X7 and any time call will be come and attend call. Technical Voice Process Pan India.
