I am currently working at NEC Corporation India as a Business Team Leader, managing the Gate Operating System (GOS) project at APSEZ Mundra. I joined NEC in February 2022 as an Executive, initially contributing to the Logistics Data Bank (LDB) project.In my current role, I lead the quality management aspect of the GOS project, which includes implementing international standards like ISO series certifications. Additionally, I provide on-ground engineering support, work closely with the client, and ensure smooth project execution and compliance with quality benchmarks.Alongside the GOS project, I am also involved in overseeing the quality aspects of the Adani Mines project, ensuring both operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.With hands-on experience in quality control, client coordination, and ground operations, I bring a comprehensive and proactive approach to project management in the logistics and infrastructure domain.
