Day to Day responsibilities includes: • Consolidate and provide project reporting regarding resources on engagement as defined by client via Monthly Business Reviews. • Collaborate with Account Managers, managing project scope, and delivering according to the terms and conditions of our contracts. • Participate in Account Strategy with internal stakeholders. • Accountable and responsible for achievement of recruitment performance metrics ensuring compliance to corporate policies. • Develop and maintain recruiting methods, best practices. • Responsible for the productivity, performance, growth and mentoring of the team. • Communicate/cascade organizational goals, messages & decisions and garner employee understanding / support towards them. • Effective handling of employee concerns / questions & raises them to management with recommendations, if appropriate. • Designed and Managed the KRA\'s of the recruiters. • Central focus on Resource, Account, and Recruitment Management for esteemed Direct and Process client for BFSI, Insurance, Social Media and Healthcare sector. • Collaborating with Account Managers to govern project scope and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions. • Accountable for achieving recruitment performance metrics for the business and team. • Develop and maintain recruitment methods, best practices as per the client’s nature & demands. • Effectively addressing and escalating employee concerns or queries to management, along with recommendations if deemed necessary. • Designed and managed the KRA\'s of the individuals in the team. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams involved in delivery, including Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Finance, which ensured a streamlined onboarding process for new hires and promptly resolving any related issues.
