Have been responsible for the Conceptualization & Building up of the IT infrastructure from scratch to its current level. IT is now the BACKBONE of operations and not merely BUSINESS FACILITATOR. Specialties: Determining direction, policy and strategy as per business requirements & working out IT activities,designing and developing business solutions from conceptualization to execution I am currently responsible for Overall IT systems management, ensuring policy adherence, working out IT initiatives to meet business goals, Internal Customer Satisfaction, Effective usage of current systems & resources, planning training sessions I had been involved in implementation of Oracle Retail & led its successful roll out in Ballarpur Industries Limited for Retail Business Vertical, P3. I have been able to establish the structure in Bilt to ensure the smooth transition & continuity of business operations in Retail vertical which included from conception to implementation & post roll out support. Apart from Oracle Retail, six In House implementations of Oracle e-biz were handled by me. Oracle I proc, I supplier, sourcing modules were successfully rolled out in Mar’13 as per plan. As matter of pride, I was “Winner of Ones to Watch 2011” - One of Top 30 CIOs listed by “IDG” publisher of magazine “CIO”.Core strength - “CUSTOMER IMPACT”. Featuring on COVER PAGE. The project “Digital Cockpit” driven by me was Selected for Final Round of Nominations by leading IT Magazine “CIO” as MOST AGILE PROJECT in 2010 and was nominated for Final Selection by Frost & Sullivan for in 2011. I am passionate of “Processes, Systems & Quality Management”. In my earlier assignments, I had been the key person in establishing, streamlining, deploying and improving the various processes related to the company.
