I work at the intersection of leadership, systems change, and public education—helping enable and amplify school improvement at scale. At ShikshaLokam, which is a Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiative, I lead strategy, partnerships, and system orchestration efforts that bring together governments, philanthropies, and communities to reimagine how public education can work—rooted in agency, equity, and collective action.I help shape Shikshagraha, a growing movement that empowers local leaders and institutions to lead micro-improvements in schools—demonstrating that large-scale reform is possible when change is decentralised, community-led, and sustained.A Salzburg Global Fellow, Teach For India and Global Shaper alumnus, and a core contributor to the World Economic Forum’s The Future is Collective report—advancing collective social innovation to solve society’s biggest challenges.
