Digitization” and “Business Process Reengineering “has been my passion since long. Having over 27+ years of experience in multinational and large corporations viz. GE Capital, ABN AMRO Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank has given me that opportunity to nurture my passion. Leveraging global expertise with added Technology support enhanced my achievements in this field. Managing Large portfolios along with big teams of over 3500 people gave me enhanced opportunities to convert small activities or processes into successful implemented projects. This transformed me from a “Star player “to a “Successful Coach”. After reengineering various processes, I have led the teams to create next generation End to End Digitized processes in Credit. I have been a pioneer in Mobility services with technology to create differentiating product and services in Debt Management at ICICI Bank. Have been recognized both internationally and in India. Few of the Industry First Initiatives - Mobile based Automation in Collection, Credit Builder, ISO 9001: 2008 Certification for Key Processes. During my YES Bank experience conceptualized and built the Data Analytic Center (DAC) for the Bank which emerged as the knowledge center for various Businesses, Risk and Control Functions. Scope included Management of Customer life cycle, campaigns, Cross sell, Collections and Recoveries. Enabling Decision making powered by rule engines, scorecards, behavioral metrics etc. Enhancing productivities and focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics. I have a wide exposure in Retail Asset and MSME Finance in Risk Management and Business functions and have been a Specialist in Business Strategies,Credit Underwriting, Credit Policies, Collection and Sales for Retail Asset Products,Credit Cards, Mortgages, Commercial Assets, Agriculture loans and MSME Lending etc. I had the opportunity to manage various Mergers between Organizations and in all instances, had managed the Integration of various systems, processes and most important Human Resources with various cultural mixes. Yes Fintech, Business Accelerator Program for Fintech Startups – Have been part of this program as Mentor to the Startups and incubated the startups associated with banking products and services. I have been currently associated with various Advisory Boards and Startups: • India Strategic Advisory Board – Experian India Ltd since Mar 2016 till March 2021.
