PAYABLES PART- Responsible for Purchase Accounting (at large scale/volume): Import / Domestic Trade purchases, Vendor bills (Trade / Non-Trade) & accordingly applicability of TDS deductions, Petty cash handling, Employee expenses reimbursements, Vendor account reconciliations, GL reconciliations - Preparing & finalization of reports for month end expense related provisions of 15 Branches, preparing reports for creditors reinstatement, responsible for co-ordination & resolving issues with vendors & also with our internal team- queries related to AP part. Co-ordinate and Assist with Internal Auditors on monthly basis. TAXATION PART- TDS deduction on vendor bills, preparing monthly TDS computation report & then arranging for their payments. Co-ordination/Assist with Tax Consultants for verifying of bills and filing TDS return. RECEIVABLES PART (Also, done at initial time)- Responsible for Revenue Accounting: Invoicing, Update Collections / Receipts and accordingly allocates Bills Receivables, making reports for TDS Receivables, Ageing- Analysis and accordingly follow ups for collections, Client Handling (support in resolving their queries/issues), Client\'s Accounts Reconciliations.
