I am a fourth-year B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and commercial litigation.My professional journey across leading law firms such as Kochhar & Co, Juris Arena, and Altacit Global has enhanced my expertise in legal research, drafting pleadings, and analyzing civil, corporate, and commercial law matters. I have worked extensively on contract enforcement, RERA disputes, corporate compliance, and cross-border commercial transactions, alongside drafting rejoinders, agreements, and case briefs.I have gained practical exposure to proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Commercial Courts, and the Karnataka High Court, observing arbitration hearings, framing of issues, and client consultation experiences that solidified my interest in litigation strategy and advocacy. As the Organisation Vertical Head at the Centre for Legal Aid Programme, NUSRL, I engage in initiatives promoting access to justice and public legal awareness.I aim to pursue a career in commercial dispute resolution and arbitration, focusing on developing efficient, equitable, and technology-driven solutions within corporate and transnational legal frameworks.
