Hit the ground running to oversee an accounting system migration that was in mid flow following departure of the head of finance as well as support with setting up a new team. • Rolled out new purchase order system and process. Formulated annual budgets and bi annual forecasts with margin management, profitability evaluation and risk analysis. • Paperless working and one touch approach to financial processes. Provided strategic guidance to CEO, Trustee and the Board. • Presented financial results at the AGM and to Trustee Away Days. • Full review of internal controls. Oversaw audit process working closely with auditors and CEO and Senior Management Team. • Provided forecasts, budgets and business plans for funding applications, including Arts Council Cultural recovery fund, National Lottery Heritage Fund and Fidelity Foundation.
